Lukas Pech is an 18-year-old rallycross driver from a small village near Beroun, who is one of the young talents of MM Technology. Fast driving full of adrenaline is his passion, so it is no wonder that he is already a great driver who can handle any situation and goes all in.

He races in the Czech Rallycross Championship and ZSE with a VW Polo in the S 1600 division and can be seen at rally events all over Central Europe. In the past seasons, he has managed to get many wins and top 3 finishes, yet he is constantly improving himself, especially in terms of strategy. Lukas' goal is to compete in the 2026 European Championship series, where he is particularly looking forward to the Höljes track.

He is a student at the Management Academy in Beroun, but he still sees his future in motorsport. He likes to try new things and work on his skills, so he will likely try other racing categories as well.

In 2020, Lukáš joined the team of professional racers from MM Technology who participates in the toughest races in the world. Under their guidance, he improves and works hard to achieve his goals. Roman Častoral, the most successful Czech RX driver, also passes on his experience to Lukáš.
