Lukáš is one of our most successful youngest drivers in Rallycross. Under the guidance of driver Jan Semlbauer Sr. and experienced coach Roman Častoral, he has gained a lot of experience and successfully participated in several races, from which he has already brought home more than 30 trophies.

Lukáš Pech was born 25.8.2006 in Prague. He was interested in everything motorized since he was a little boy - as soon as he learned to walk, he started riding a quad bike and later on a motorcycle. He started his racing career in Rallycross at the age of 12, when he took his first RX Cup start with his first Skoda Fabia 1.4 16 V.

During the 2020 season, he partnered with MM Technology Racing (formerly Big Shock! Racing) and found a new direction under their guidance. He started to get familiar with the big races, which he regularly takes part in in the 1400 category with a Skoda Fabia and 1600 with a Renault Twingo. He started the 2023 season with a new addition to the fleet - a Volkswagen Polo, which he already had the chance to test at the Meeting of Champions in Sosnová towards the end of the 2022 season, from which he took an overall 3rd place.

Despite his young age, Lukáš has already won a lot of races - in 2021 and 2022 he won 1st place in the RX Cup, and overall for his performance in the 2022 season he won the Junior Trophy of the Czech Republic under 18 years and the Vice-Master of the Czech Republic award, which he received at the Autoclub gala evening. He is not going to let up in the 2023 season either. His dream is to go to the Dakar Rally and experience a real desert adventure. In 2020, Lukáš joined the team of professional racers from Big Shock Racing! who participates in the toughest races in the world. Under their guidance, he improves and works hard to achieve his goals. Roman Častoral, the most successful Czech RX driver, also passes on his experience to Lukáš.
